Alihan's Coffee and Breakfast

We traveled through the immensely impressive architecture and art to Alihan's because we do not consume pork and we noticed their menu had beef sausage and bacon. Ironically, I had already pegged them as a place to check out due to the gorgeous presentation in previous reviews. Kind and courteous staff was absolutely on point, getting us water and menus before we were in the door! Lovely Turkish tea and waffle. Delicious meat lovers omelette containing beef bacon, sausage, and some wonderful spicy beef sausage that was the perfect hit for both the lover of spicy things and the one who enjoys a little kick. My youngest requested I leave a review with 5 stars as he enjoyed it thoroughly. Thank you for making our breakfast clean, beautiful, and so swiftly!

This is one of the best breakfasts my husband and I have ever had. I had to come on right away and leave a review because it was so delicious. We got the Turkish tea and Turkish breakfast for two and everything was incredible. There was such a delicious variety and all of the flavors were deep and rich. This is a not to be missed spot in Pittsburgh!

We were thrilled that we ended up here since we initially planned to have breakfast on Sunday morning elsewhere and didn't realize it wasn't open until 8am. Alihan's was open early enough for us to have a good breakfast before going to the airport. While we did not take advantage of the Turkish food on the menu, the meat lover's omelettes were perfect. Plenty of egg and full of meat. We also had a pair of Turkish coffees and the iced caramel macchiatos, both of which were exactly as we expected. Prices were reasonable for the quality and portion size. The environment was appropriately quiet for a Sunday morning breakfast, and the staff were very kind and expedient with serving us. We absolutely recommend Alihan's as a good downtown Pittsburgh breakfast spot!

I’ve been to Alihan’s Coffee and Breakfast twice now and really enjoy it! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the service is friendly. We tried the Potato and Meat Sunny Side Up Eggs, Breakfast Panini, and Meat Lovers Omelet everything was delicious. The food tasted fresh portions were generous and everything was cooked perfectly. Definitely recommend this spot for a good breakfast. I’ll be coming back!

Just had one of the best breakfasts we've enjoyed in Pittsburgh at Alihan's Coffee and Breakfast! We ordered the **Turkish Breakfast for Two** (which includes menemen) along with their standalone **Menemen**, and both were absolutely fantastic. The menemen was rich, flavorful, and perfectly spiced — loaded with sautéed tomatoes, peppers, onions, and fresh eggs that were scrambled right in the pan. It came with warm, fresh bread that was ideal for scooping up every bite. So authentic and delicious — easily one of the highlights! The full Turkish Breakfast for Two was a generous spread: the menemen, plus plates of fresh vegetables, olives, cheese, and other Turkish specialties. It was perfect for sharing, felt like a proper feast, and everything tasted incredibly fresh. Paired with their strong Turkish tea and coffee, it made for a wonderful morning. The spot is cozy and welcoming in downtown Pittsburgh, with friendly service and a nice vibe. Prices are reasonable for the quality and portion sizes.
